Safety & transparency
Feeling safe is part ofbeing social.
Jocial actively protects people from harassment, stalking, impersonation, and abuse. Content is moderated using a combination of automated systems and human review. If boundaries are crossed, action is taken.

A private post is visible to you alone. Good for keeping moments just for yourself.

Hand-pick exactly who sees a post, such as family or a few colleagues, and edit the list any time.
Public
Open to anyone when you want to share more widely. Your choice, post by post.
Your content, your call
No lock-ins.
No hidden conditions.
Change your mind later
Update who can see a post after you’ve shared it.
Delete anything
Remove posts, or your whole account, whenever you need to.

Tell us if something’s wrong and we’ll investigate.
How moderation works
Clear rules.
Handled with care.
Automated systems and human reviewers work together to detect harmful, illegal, or abusive content and to enforce our community guidelines.
- Moderators only access what’s necessary to review a report.
- Everyone who reviews content is bound by confidentiality.
- Content is reviewed only to enforce our policies, never for anything else.
The full details live in our policies.
